Living in Parkland, Florida
Parkland is a city in the northwest corner of Broward County, bordering Palm Beach County to the north and set near the edge of the Everglades.

About Parkland
The lay of the land
Parkland developed with low-density zoning, so many homes sit on larger lots, and some areas include equestrian properties. Pine Trails Park and Terramar Park are among the city's larger parks, along with nature preserves and open green space.
Housing is mainly single-family homes, many in gated or master-planned communities, plus some townhomes. Newer communities may have HOA or community development district (CDD) fees, which we'll help you factor in.
Coral Springs and Coconut Creek border the city, Boca Raton is just north across the county line, and the Sawgrass Expressway and Florida's Turnpike are a short drive away.
